Philosophy:

We use 2v2 and 3v3 scenarios in training to emphasize skill and decision making capabilities. We believe that children learn the game best at the U8 - U10 level by learning elemental techniques and being challenged in variations of 2v2 (U8) and 3v3 (U10) scenarios that, practiced and coached, develop game skill and intelligence in an optimal way.

We believe that 5v5 games at U8 and 7v7 games at U10 are appropriate numbers for those ages. Game environments are an extension of training environments as we emphasize very basic team/group tactics within principles of play, while prioritizing individual player development instead of winning. As mentors and educators, we measure player progress through their growth on and off the field over a very long term.
